The Draft Environmental Impact Report (Draft EIR) identifies the environmental impacts that may result from implementaiton of the proposed 2030 Draft General Plan. The Draft EIR and Draft General Plan are made available for public review and comment from November 16, 2011 through January 16, 2012.
