General Plan Adoption

On July 31, 2012, the Board of Supervisors adopted the General Plan Update and certified the Environmental Impact Report (EIR).  Click here to view the staff report and attachments, which include a summary of the comments received on the Draft General Plan, changes made to the Draft General Plan, the Final EIR, the Planning Commission's recommendation regarding the General Plan, and the findings made by the Board.
